Testing Your Return to Sport

Testing Your Return to Sport

Forza uses force plates, dynamometers and VALD testing to compare left and right, track progress between sessions and set the benchmarks you work towards. Retesting shows whether you are ready for the next stage, so progression follows the data rather than the calendar.
