Your first visit is a 45 or 60-minute one-to-one assessment. Bring your surgeon's instructions and any reports you have. Your physiotherapist reviews your surgery and history, runs objective testing and builds your plan around your surgeon's protocol.

Forza uses force plates, dynamometers and VALD testing to measure strength and movement accurately, including how your operated side compares with the other. Retesting shows when you are ready to progress, and rehab takes place on the full Evolve Strength gym floor.
