Common Is Not the Same as Normal

Many people are told that leaking, heaviness or pelvic pain is just part of having a baby or getting older.
Heaviness in the pelvis, or a gap in your tummy after pregnancy
Pelvic girdle, hip or low back pain in pregnancy or after birth
A pelvic health assessment shows what is going on, so your plan fits you.
