Your first visit is a 45 or 60-minute one-to-one assessment with your physiotherapist.

They review your history, screen your movement, and run objective testing to find your limitations.

You leave with a personalized treatment plan and a home program built for you.

Forza uses force plates, dynamometers, and VALD testing to measure strength and movement accurately.

You also get full access to Evolve Strength equipment and tools like Blood Flow Restriction training.

Between visits, you have email and online access to your physiotherapist to track progress.

If another service fits you better, we refer through our in-house and external network.

We also run dedicated programs for sports physiotherapy, post-op rehab, ACL rehab, shoulder rehab, Achilles rehab and active rehabilitation.

No, you can book physiotherapy at Forza without a referral. Some extended health plans require one for reimbursement, so check your policy first.
