Your first visit is a 45 or 60-minute one-to-one assessment. Your physiotherapist reviews your history, screens your movement and runs objective testing. From there, sessions are active: loaded exercise on the gym floor, progressed as your results improve.

Forza uses force plates, dynamometers and VALD testing to measure strength and movement accurately. You have full access to Evolve Strength equipment and tools like Blood Flow Restriction training, and retesting shows when you are ready for the next stage.
