Tight Muscles That Keep Coming Back?

A muscle that loosens with a massage or a stretch often tightens up again by the next session.
Tightness that keeps limiting your training
Treatment with no exercise plan behind it
Forza uses dry needling to open a window, then builds strength through it.

Training and authorization. In BC, dry needling is a certified practice for physiotherapists. The College of Health and Care Professionals of BC requires approved training and the college's authorization before a physiotherapist can needle. Forza's physiotherapists who needle are trained and authorized to do so.
How it differs from acupuncture. Acupuncture comes from traditional Chinese medicine and uses set points. Dry needling is based on Western anatomy and your assessment: your physiotherapist chooses the muscle to needle from how you move and where it hurts.
Needling can calm a sore muscle for a while. The lasting change comes from the exercise that follows, on the full Evolve Strength gym floor, with your strength retested over time.
