Bradon Budgell
RMT, Registered Massage Therapist
He/Him/His
Bradon brings a strong foundation in strength training and program design to his massage therapy practice. His sessions cover sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, with care informed by years of working alongside athletes and active clients in Vancouver gyms.
Bradon's career started in fitness. He earned his Personal Training Diploma at InfoFit Vancouver in 2019, followed by his ACE Personal Training and Nutrition certifications. From there he spent years working with clients on programming, strength, and recovery across Vancouver studios.
Bradon spent more than two years at VIP Fitness and Lifestyle as a Group Fitness and Personal Trainer, including time as floor manager and onboarding new trainers. He has been training clients at Better Bodies Club since late 2023 and teaching group fitness at Shred and Butter, where the focus is strength, power, and endurance.
Bradon completed his massage therapy diploma at Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy in August 2025. His clinical training covered Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, and sports massage. His RMT practice draws on years of anatomy, lifting mechanics, and program design knowledge from his training background.
The Approach at Forza
At Forza, Bradon offers massage therapy and sports massage that fit the active adults and athletes the clinic works with. His sessions are built around the individual: hands-on soft tissue work, paired where useful with movement and recovery guidance grounded in his training background.
Treatments provided by Bradon
His practice covers sports massage, deep tissue bodywork, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
Sports Massage
Sports massage supports recovery, mobility, and performance for active adults and athletes. Bradon pairs hands-on work with his strength and conditioning background to address the demands of training, competition, and weekly recovery.
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
Deep tissue massage targets restricted areas and chronic muscle tension. Bradon works at a depth appropriate to the patient and the goal, with sessions built around what the body is presenting on the day rather than a fixed routine.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release addresses restrictions in the connective tissue that surrounds muscles. Bradon uses this technique to support mobility and recovery, particularly for clients dealing with stiffness, tension, or movement limitations.
