Jordan Huhta
MScPT, Physiotherapist
He/Him/His
Jordan brings nine years of clinical experience across UK and Canadian hospital and clinic settings. His background spans major trauma rehab, hip and knee replacement recovery, and sports injury care, with every plan built on evidence-based practice and progressive loading.
Jordan's path to physiotherapy started in sport. Soccer has been the constant from childhood through to the coaching he still does today. After his Diploma in Human Kinetics at Langara College, he completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, then moved to England to train as a physiotherapist.
Jordan earned his Master of Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University. His student placements covered acute medicine, community neurology, oncology, MSK outpatient, and elective neurotherapy, giving him a wide foundation before he started clinical practice.
Jordan spent two years at North Manchester General Hospital in the UK. He worked across MSK outpatient, orthopaedics, and inpatient medical wards, treated complex back pain and chronic conditions, and ran group classes for total knee replacement and ACL reconstruction recovery. He also acted as a clinical educator for student physiotherapists.
UBC Hospital and Vancouver General
Back in Vancouver, Jordan worked briefly in private MSK practice before moving into hospital physiotherapy. At UBC Hospital he focused on elective orthopaedic surgery, with a primary caseload of hip and knee replacements. He then stepped into a team lead role in Major Trauma and Orthopaedics at Vancouver General Hospital, Western Canada's largest major trauma centre, managing complex polytrauma and orthopaedic caseloads.
Hospital Experience, Private Practice Setting
At Forza, Jordan brings major trauma and orthopaedic experience to active adults dealing with sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and complex musculoskeletal cases. His approach is evidence-based, progressive, and grounded in clear communication, with every plan tied to measurable outcomes.
