She/Her/Hers
Christina brings a movement and performance background to her bodywork practice. Her sessions cover therapeutic and relaxation work for active adults navigating training, recovery, and everyday stress.
Christina spent years immersed in movement and performance. She studied Theatre Arts at Grant MacEwan University, then worked as a Dance Instructor in Prince George, teaching all age groups with a focus on adults. She choreographed pieces that earned awards at the Prince George Dance Festival.
Christina completed her Massage Therapy Diploma at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. Her training covered therapeutic and relaxation work, anatomy, and the clinical fundamentals of soft tissue care. She launched her self-employed bodywork practice in Vancouver in 2025.
Christina's approach is built around thorough intake, clear communication, and close attention to the individual on the table. Years of leadership work in high-pressure production and hospitality environments sharpened her ability to read people, manage details, and stay focused on care.
Bodywork at Forza
At Forza, Christina offers therapeutic and relaxation bodywork that supports the clinic's active rehab focus. Her sessions help active adults and athletes with recovery, soft tissue work, and stress relief, integrated with the broader care plan when appropriate.
Massage treatments provided by Christina
Her practice covers therapeutic and relaxation massage for active adults navigating recovery, mobility, and everyday stress.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage addresses muscle tension, restricted soft tissue, and recovery from training or daily demands. Christina builds each session around the patient's intake and current needs rather than a fixed routine.
Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage supports recovery, sleep, and the nervous system, particularly for active adults managing training load alongside everyday stress. Christina uses lighter pressure techniques designed to ease tension without targeting deep restrictions.
Soft Tissue Bodywork
Soft tissue bodywork covers a range of techniques to address muscle and connective tissue restrictions. Christina draws on her diploma training and her own movement background to inform what each session needs.
