"Before seeing Sherine, I went through months of WCB/WorkSafeBC physiotherapy hoping to get back to normal, but nothing came close to the relief and real progress she has given me. After 6 months of working with her, I can genuinely say I feel like I got my shoulder back. The improvement in pain, mobility, and overall function is something I honestly didn't think I'd get to experience again. She doesn't just treat the injury—she understands the body, the problem, and the solution." "Working with Marcel and Forza Physiotherapy has been a game changer when it comes to rehabilitating my knee. Following my ACL reconstructive surgery, I found myself experiencing chronic knee pain. Within weeks of working with the team, I could see huge improvement. I've been able to really enjoy snowboarding, golf, weightlifting, volleyball, hiking, and all my other hobbies with less worry about my knee giving in."

Our downtown Vancouver clinic specializes in post-operative shoulder rehabilitation, including rotator cuff repairs, labral tear surgery, and shoulder replacement recovery.
Treatment duration varies based on your injury, goals, and response to therapy. Most shoulder pain patients see improvements within 4-6 sessions, with full recovery taking 6-12 weeks. Complex cases like post-surgical rehab or chronic rotator cuff issues may require longer treatment. We'll provide estimates after your initial assessment and adjust your plan as you progress.
